Calling Home Brewers Saturday 1 November 2025 – Thursday 15 January 2026 This branch is again running a competition for local home brewers, to find five beers to be showcased on Bar Nouveau at next year's Stockport Beer & Cider Festival.
Weekday Wander - Off to the land o' cakes Tuesday 4 November 2025 10:40 We are off to feast on Chorley cakes (and a several beers). Don't, however, upset the locals by saying they are like Eccles cakes, otherwise we may have to make a hasty retreat. All seven pubs are in the Good Beer Guide (as of August 2025!)
