This event is being combined with the Mild Magic trip around Bollington’s brewery.

Mild Magic only

For those who have received an invitation to partake in the brewery trip, please remember this starts at 1pm so aim to be there by 12:45pm onwards. The tour is scheduled to take around an hour and partaking in the subsequent trip around Macclesfield isn't compulsory.

Everyone else

The intention is to start gathering from 1:30pm onwards. To allow those on the brewery tour time to sink a pint (or two) the idea is to start the saunter round Macclesfield 2:30pm onwards. There isn't an exact timetable, we will make it up on the day as we travel around.

Getting there

There is no timetable to the journey around Macclesfield and we can stay in each and any outlet as long as the assembled travellers desire. This also means there is no specific return time, other than the last train of the day is a CrossCountry service at 23:39 (Stockport 23:55). Typically we will stay 45 to 60 minutes in any one pub, and the optional ones may or may not be visited. This isn't set in stone, and others could be added.

Meet at 1:30pm onwards
