Demolished 1/10/1977, site is now road scheme. Closed 1/10/1977. History: Former street-corner Chesters, latterly Whitbread house. Demolished for road junction improvement at Higher Hillgate and Hempshaw Lane. Closed by CPO Oct 1977, according to "History of Chesters Brewery".
