Demolished 1/1/1974, site is now retail premises. Closed 1/1/1974. History: Former street-corner Wilson's house. Also known as the Gluepot. An image of the pub is displayed in the nearby Vernon Building Society. Photos in Stockport Image Archive taken in Aug 1984 show pub looking as if recently closed. Opening Times magazine June 1984 states already closed.
