Demolished c.1/12/1993, site now housing. Closed 1/1/1992. History: A new-build house that was part of the Fort Ardwick development. It replaced the former Empire Inn (a Groves & Whitnall house) on nearby Stockport Road. Opening Times magazine Jan 1994 reported demolition of burnt out remains. Closure date estimated.
