Granted 13/3/2014. History: This pub was originally called the Hazel Grove, built in 1790. It is believed that its name was shortened when the area changed its name from Bullock Smithy. There was a large lounge running the length of the pub on the right as you entered, separated from the bar by three distinctive archways. An attractive snug was located behind the bar.
