Change of Use 17/3/2025 applied for. Planning Application DC/094643 Change the use of a premises from a sui generis social club to Class E(c) and single storey side extension for additional staff facilities. Registered 17/3/2025. Closed c.1/11/2023 History: Friendly staff and management, club was open to non-members. The club was divided into four areas, three pleasantly decorated in a modern style. An open lounge area with ample seating and one slot machine. A darts room led through to a snooker room with a full sized snooker table, both areas had seating. The fourth area was a beautiful, manicured award winning beer garden. "Beer Garden of the Year 2018" (Stockport Pubs & Clubs). Club organised weekend barbecues, an annual charity fun day, regular music events including tribute acts, etc. There was no function room to hire, but members could book the lounge for celebrations/funerals etc. Quite well hidden away behind housing on Newbridge Lane.
